I did the 5 day cleanse and this is by far my favorite cleanse! delicious taste and very filling. I did not feel the need to drink all 6 juices every day and had plenty left over for the following days.

I think that the 5-7lbs you’ll prob lose on a 3 cleanse is completely ancillary to the benefit of how you’ll think and feel about food after. You don’t need nearly what you think you do and in the amounts you’ve consumed before. No amount of working out will help you lose weight like just eating less and drinking more water.

The first time I did it I lost 7 lbs this time around I did the 5 day cleanse and did not lose any weight. Was very disappointed

Paired with the Juice/Protein pack for my husband and I to do a 5 day cleanse together. Really got us motivated and feeling ready for a healthy diet/lifestyle change after having a not-so-great physical check up with my doctor. Fatty liver and overweight. Plan to order again!

I never thought a juice cleanse would do anything for me, but man was I wrong!! I lost 10 lbs. on the 7-day cleanse, but that isn't even the best part. My skin is GLOWING, my digestion has had a complete reset, and I feel so sharp and HAPPY, with ZERO sugar cravings now! I am so impressed with this company and products. You can bet I'll be doing these on the regular now (I don't want to stop!). Oh, and did I mention, I thought all flavors were delicious!
