I chose the 7 day skinny cleanse. All the juices were good but sweet greens was my favorite. I couldn't drink all 6 juices each day. I am drinking 8-10 glasses of water and was too full. Which was a great way to feel. I would drink 4-5 juices each day and snack if I wanted to chew something on carrots or 2 or 3 cashews. The only difficult times were when I was cooking dinner for my husband and boys. I wasn't hungry but the aroma of a good meal was tempting. Being full it was easy to stay steadfast to the plan. I lost 5 lbs in 7 days but I have maintained the raw diet going on day 15 now and have lost 12 lbs to date. I have used my "leftover" juices to keep me full during the day and eat greens and raw plant proteins for dinner. My biggest takeaway besides the weight loss - I haven't had any hot flashes for 10 days which is a huge relief!!

The juices are very sweet-loaded with sugars and carbs. This is suited for an overweight person who does not eat healthy. This is not desined for a healthy eater who avoids sugars and carbs with desire for slight weight loss/reduction in belly fat. Very disappointing.

Hi there, when focusing on the idea of taking in more carbohydrates (even natural ones found in fruits and vegetables), it’s a matter of balancing your macronutrients. On a juice cleanse, you won't be taking in the regular amount of fats and protein you typically would, and so this allows your body to process more carbs— especially without the fiber. The natural sugars in fresh, raw fruit and vegetable juices are accompanied with a very high nutrient and antioxidant content as well as naturally occurring compounds that slow the rate at which sugar enters the bloodstream, preventing blood sugar spikes associated with weight gain. Weight loss is common on a juice cleanse as a result of two factors: 1.The concentrated influx of nutrition. Often our bodies cling to fat when our diets lack adequate plant-based nutrition. Juice floods your body with the nutrition it craves and the enzymes it needs. Your body quickly recognizes that the famine is over and starts burning stored fat. 2. Giving your digestive system a break allows your body to more effectively detoxify itself, resulting in weight loss. If you are someone who does not consume any sugar or carbs normally, the cleanses would not be ideal for you. We do have keto shakes that are keto-friendly and maybe more what you are looking for. The taste was wonderful. I absolutely loved the Sweet Roots and Sweet Greens juice. I never lost any energy and continued with my usual workouts. I will definitely be doing this again and highly recommend.

Product never arrived. Customer support asked me to file claim after FedEx told me company sending needed to file. They did refund my money, no questions asked.

Original order was never shipped Had to contact to have it resent Husband ordered some and three juices arrived unfrozen
