“Wouldn’t recommend. I ordered the 5 day juice cleanse. Started out great but by day 3 I felt so bad like I was getting sick from it, like my immune system wasn’t working. I stopped the cleanse on day 3 and ate a good meal consisting of fat and protein, 2 days after the cleanse I started to feel back to myself. The juice tasted great but I’m still trying to understand how it’s sold as being healthy. The nutrients from the juice are useless without being consumed with fat for you body to absorb them. I thought of this AFTER I purchased the cleanse lol. Also, my hair and skin hated this cleanse, they both got dry. I’m assuming this was for the lack of fat and protein. Regardless, I will not be buying again bc I truly think this is unhealthy.”

Our Skinny Cleanse was designed with a unique combination of fruits and vegetables, with a focus on green juices, giving you the nutrition you need to shed weight and have more energy. While the fat content is kept low with the juices, if you feel you would like to increase your fat and protein intake, we recommend eating raw seeds, nuts, or avocado as these are perfectly acceptable to consume while cleansing.

“Every other juices I've had always have an aftertaste. None of these did! I had a couple of questions in the beginning about using the Skinny Cleanse without the intention of losing weight and Amanda in customer service was so helpful!! Not only did she provide what I needed, she gave me great advice based on specific questions she asked me. I am meeting my goals of maintaining my weight and gaining more energy from these juices. My favorites were the Sweet Roots, Cool Greens, Citrus Carrot and Sweet Greens. I liked the Tarte Greens but that one wasn't my favorite. I guess I just prefer the sweet stuff (haha)”
