“I had a good experience with the Skinny Juice Cleanse -- the first day is always hard but I kept some radishes on hand, and by day 4 I had so much energy and felt so light. I didn't weigh myself, but I did notice my clothes fit more comfortably and I no longer had a heavy bloated feeling. The convenience of having my fridge stocked meant I could have 4-6 day depending on how hungry I felt, and they were easy to throw in a bag on the go. “The juices taste a bit bad at first, but as you start to consume more, they taste fine. I am still skeptical about the health benefits of juice cleansing as well as the drawbacks (because no matter what, there are always drawbacks), but at least the juice lives up to its name of 'Skinny Cleanse'. However, I think it's a great juice to try to control cravings; I always tend to eat less automatically after I come off of this cleanse. Overall, it is pretty nice and definitely worth the money!”
