“Definitely worth doing to reset your gut! Did the 5 day and lost 5 pounds and a ton of belly bloat! My skin has never looked better! Decided to subscribe to the morning celery juice as a good routine and follow up! Will definitely be doing this every few months as recommended by RAW. A few tips: do this with a friend(s) to stay accountable. The juices definitely take longer to unthaw in fridge than 24 hrs - I ended ul putting all 6 in the fridge 2 days in advance. WAY easier (and enjoyable) to drink when not frozen and icy. Day 2 was brutal - once you get to day 3 you’ll be golden and proud you’re sticking with it!”
“It was fine. I was hungry at night but I’m always hungry at night. Best for someone who’s jumpstarting a serious weight lost plan, otherwise water and exercise achieves the same benefits for free.”

“It really made no difference. I thought because it was RAW it would be very fiberful and I would have to go to the bathroom more frequently. But, all it did was make me have to urinate more often as if I just drank a lot of water. I was very disappointed.”

“I am on day 4 of the 7 day cleanse, and here is my experience so far...
The positive:
I am down 6 lbs. The Orange and red juices are fantastic, absolutely fantastic, I could drink those all day. Quick delivery. Communication is on point every step of the way. And you really aren’t that hungry, although I did have to have a light salad day 1, but other than that.
The negative:
The green juices leave a lot to be desired and the light green one is undrinkable, need more apple to mask everything else going on. Unfortunately green makes up 66% of the days juice. They weren’t packed terribly tight And arrived half thawed so one of the juices cracked in transit and everything was sticky (thankfully it was a green one - the odds were in my favor). I wouldn’t normally nit-pick this, but with the other negatives I want to point out that they do not completely thaw overnight in the fridge (maybe 50%), so setting them out for a while is the only way to get them out of slushy form in order to drink them.
Overall:
The cons out weigh the pros for the price and I will probably not order again unless I can choose what flavors are in my kit or they modify the greens to taste less like cucumber and dirt and more like apple (since I am drinking the red and orange and forcing myself to drink one green then throwing the others down the drain). Unfortunately I personally, am not getting my moneys worth.
