“All the Skinny Cleanse products tasted great! I prefer more ginger but still liked them. I lost 7 pounds during the 5 days and 4 inches on my waist. I was looking for a convenient way to do a juice fast without me having to constantly run my juicer. I did have to let the frozen juices sit on the counter a little while as we keep our fridge extra cold and they were still solid after over 24 hours in the fridge. I also juiced some ginger to add to the juices at day 3- my preference of taste. I am considering keeping some on hand for convenience.”
“I would like to start by saying I have never done a cleanse of any kind before, so I was VERY hesitant. For about 3 months now, I have completely changed my lifestyle. I started exercising regularly, eating proper portions, and using MFP app to track my calories and help keep me on track with progress. Unfortunately, I had only lost 3 pounds in the 3 months of hard work. SO, I did my research and found Raw Generation. I knew I wanted a kick start or boost of some kind. I have about 45 lbs to lose so I went for the middle option, 5 days. Not too scary of a commitment but more than just the minimum. That was my thought process. So, I began the 5 day skinny juice cleanse and I'm currently on my 4th day. I will definitely do this again! I began the cleanse weighing 164 and today I weighed 157.5. I know some of it must be some water weight, but it's also a major calorie deficit. I will do an update on this review when I am finished and once again a few weeks after for follow up. I definitely feel it's worth a try. The juices - I didn't necessarily think they were "delicious" but they are definitely tolerable. Day 2, trust me, they taste a lot better too :) Oh and, I literally had the best sleep ever the first night and woke up with a clear head and energy (I am not a morning person) so I'm typically pretty lethargic for the first hour upon waking. “Before I began the cleanse I weighed in at 356 lbs. I stuck with the cleanse for the entire 7 days. I only drunk the juices and plenty of water through out each day. The morning after I completed the cleanse I weighed in at 342 lbs. I was expecting to lose around 6 to 10 pounds and I lost 14. Before you start make sure your head is in a good space and I promise, you will reap SO many rewards. I love it so much, I gave in and signed up for autoship. Every three months is an absolutely perfect interval. I have IBS and this helps more than anything else I have ever tried. I cannot pick a favorite juice, they are all wonderful and each serves it's own purpose. As an aside, before I found Raw Generation, I had done a 3 day juice fast on my own.
