“I am 2 days after I did the 5 day Skinny Cleanse & even though I struggled with a couple of extra meals or snacks, I ended up losing 5lbs. Haven’t gotten my measurements yet. All of the flavors taste good to me, but my favorite was the red one (forget the name at the moment). I’m definitely going to do this cleanse again, it sort of forced me take a week off of working out to focus on planning my son’s birthday gathering.”
“Taste wasn’t great, but it was fine...what do you expect. Wish there was more of a variety of juices because when doing a 5 day cleanse I got so sick of them. Energy level went down the further into the week it got, had to go to bed around 8pm...when usually would go to bed around 11. Gave me diarrhea starting on day 2. Wouldn’t consider this a diet per say. Their customer service was terrible. Not thrilled with this product.”
