In day four of the 5 day cleanse and have more energy, less bloating, and kicking my sugar habit easily. No headaches. Still having 2 cups of coffee a day, no half and half, and still losing belly fat! Easier to do than I thought b/c juices are flavorful. “I tried the three day cleanse. I wanted something to restart me while we are all stuck in this pandemic. I started on May 13, 2020 I weight 274.8lbs. That’s the heaviest I have ever been and I am young. I was a little difficult because I got some hunger headaches but I just ate some fruits when that happened. On May 16,2020 I weight myself earlier in the morning (which is the best time to weigh yourself) and I down to 249.6. I cannot believe it! I am down 34pounds this is unbelievable! “I order the Skinny Juice cleanse on a whim during the beginning of April. After a couple weeks of the “stay at home” order I figured no better time but now to start a juice cleanse. I googled cleanses and Raw Generation popped up. The price seemed reasonable so I ordered my first three day cleanse! I think I paid $80 for 18 juices. Ironically, I found out this company is about an hour from where I live (and like 5 minutes from the beach I go to!!) which was an added bonus for whenever I could leave the house and actually go to the beach. The flavors were good. I really enjoy the green juices (which I think everyone does) and would just try to drink the beat and carrot juices first to get them out of the way. I also found that I can only drink 4-6 juices a day despite a good effort to drink all six. I also supplement my cleanse with oranges, lots and lots of water, and if I’m really hungry (which I rarely am) some unsalted nuts. All things I learned from the materials Raw Generation sent. Shipping was SO fast. I have ordered another cleanse since then and each time my Friday night order is shipped out Monday and delivered on Tuesday morning. I ordered another cleanse this past week and I’m just as impressed and now have a friend who ordered her first cleanse yesterday after hearing my day 3 juice cleanse rant about how awesome I feel (when we were sitting on seven presidents beach finally ). I’m also very excited to try their soup cleanse at some point. All and all I’m very pleased with Raw Generation.”
