“I did the 7 day skinny cleanse while off work. The juices came within 48 hours frozen and were easy to thaw out overnight for each morning. I lost 8 pounds overall, which was fantastic. I ordered the 3 day protein cleanse to supplement juice for meals going forward and add some extra calories so I’m able to workout. The three smoothie flavors are really delicious! My energy came in waves while on my 7 day cleanse. I did some pretty low key cardio while on it. I definitely wouldn’t be able to do the 7 day skinny cleanse while balancing a job every day without becoming super fatigued mentally or emotionally. Hi there, we apologize you did not like the taste. Although most of our customers think the juices are delicious, everyone's pallet is different, not everyone likes the same things. Generally, if your diet is laden with sugary or processed foods, it will be hard for you to taste the fruits and veggies as nature intended. I drink the juices every day and to me, they taste amazing, so it is surprising you had such a hard time with them. “I lost 8 pounds which is good but I know most of it was water weight. The juices were pretty good. Probably needed more calories in the day especially since I continued to stay active. Only consuming juice for every meal gets old obviously. Didn’t really feel tired or hungry often. Definitely stayed super hydrated. No upset stomach issues which was nice. Price point was good. Got some friends to try it out now for the protein one. Was it awful? No. Would I do it again? Probably not. But I did appreciate the experience and proving to myself that I have the self control to do something I don’t want to do.”
