Also, the cleanse is meant to change your pallet preferences to be able to be eating more healthy when you are done. If you go back to eating regularly processed foods and sugars, your weight will absolutely come back. Hope this helps!
“The juices all taste wonderful. The one with pineapple tasted refreshing but was a bit too light for the cost. This was my second purchase. I have heard a few people say the beat one is terrible. I actually loved it. My least favoritte taste would be the carrot. It wasn’t bad. It tastes like carrot juice. If it were my choice I would have more tarte apple and the beat one, a few less sweet apple and cucumber and keep the same amount of carrot”
