“I have done a couple cleanses but unfortunately the taste of these juices were not my favorite. I was unable to drink 6 a day because there were a few of them I could not even stomach.”
Hi there, although most of our customers enjoy all of the flavors, it all depends on your personal pallet. Usually if you do not enjoy the juices, it is just that you are not used to consuming fresh fruits and veggies. “I would have been happy losing 5lbs iin 5 days but I lost 10lbs!!! It wasn't easy but I stayed disciplined and set a schedule. Had 1/2 cup of coffee at 9am, juice at 10, 12, 2, 4, and 6. Water the rest of the evening. The only negative was I could not drink the Tart green but that was okay bc I had plenty of the others. I plan on doing thing every 3 to 4 months.”
