“Since this was my first cleanse I didn't really know what to expect. I definitely lost 5lbs I won't likely go the cleanse route again. I felt by the 3rd day i was very lightheaded and out of sorts and had zero energy. I did eat some raw veggies to supplement but I had a difficult time making it through 3 days of this. Now that I know what to expect it may change my mind in the future but I have no plans to cleanse this way again. The juices were all very tasty and the packaging was nice and it felt like it was a good quality product.”
