“I purchased the 7 day Skinny Cleanse and I believe it works. My first day on the cleanse I thought that I would die from starvation hahaha, but I decided to put ground up flax seed in the juices to help with making me feel full. That worked! Flax seed is natural and becomes a lot like chia seed in liquid (jelly consistency) and I don’t know about anyone else but I can’t stand the feeling of an empty stomach so that what I used! When you start the cleanse your body seemingly goes into overdrive with all the proper nutrients now coming in . I guess that’s why your so hungry .
