“I did the 7-day cleanse and followed all the rules- I did not eat anything other than raw veggies. I was absolutely starving the entire time no matter how many juices I drank and at the end I only lost 5 pounds. I am going to eat healthier moving forward but in my opinion the cleanse didn’t do what it had promised.”

Depending on your body and how you are used to eating and whether or not you properly prepare your body for cleansing all play big parts in your end result.
“I’ve tried to do pre-made juice cleanses before and never got through them because I didn’t like the tastes of the different juices. I’m so surprised at how good these are! I mean, I HATE beets, can’t even stand the scent of them, not even mildly, but I was totally fine with the beet juice that I tried and have been drinking them. Very glad to have found these because while I did need to eat some crunchy veggies or salads during the cleanse (didn’t tolerate just liquids), it was great to see how the all around bloating went away and that I still had so much energy, even doing intensive work outs. “This juice cleanse was not for me. It was so gross. I was so hungry. I got constipated and bloated. It took over 24 hours to unfreeze in the fridge. I will not do it again. Basically a huge waste of money. And when I did the math after it was actually expensive for each bottle. I didn’t like the combo. There’s 6 juices a day but only 5 flavors. So one of them you repeat it. The celery flavored one was overpowered by celery flavor. The beet one was over powering. The ginger was over powering. The one that was decent was the one with aloe Vera in it. The bottle was nice.”
We're sorry you didn't have a great experience with your cleanse. Everyone's palette is different, and if you're not used to eating fruit and vegetables, it can take some time to adjust to the taste of cold-pressed juice. Particularly if your diet is laden with processed and artificial foods, it can skew your ability to taste fresh fruit and vegetables as nature intended.
In some refrigerators, juices can take longer to thaw. We do suggest putting them in the fridge 24 hours in advance to thaw, but if your refrigerator does not fully thaw them in that time, you should feel free to allow for more thawing time.

They give you 6 juices per day and it is satisfying, some days I didn’t drink all 6 so I have a few for a Monday morning body clean up after the weekend!
