“This was the first juice cleanse I have ever done in my 41 years, and it was harder than I expected it to be (in a good way though). I did like the variety of juices, had 2 favorites ☺️️ Any time I wanted to quit, I reminded myself of why I was doing this in the first place. I needed a reset. I wasn’t treating my body the way it deserves to be treated, and I was starting to feel the effects of my eating & drinking habits. I loved that I was still able to eat raw nuts, fruits & vegetables during this cleanse as I need to “chew” on something.
