“I ordered a continuing shipment of the week cleanse. I was excited because I usually juice myself but it’s inconveninet. I was told my address was invalid. I checked it, and it was correct. They said they would send it out. Then I got another email saying the same thing; and that they couldn’t print the label with an invalid address. I don’t have another address; aside from a PO Box which fedex has also delivered to. They honestly would rather pass up on a customer who will use their product a lot, and make hundreds of dollars, than fix the label system or heaven forbid, hand write an address. Ridiculous.”
This is Amanda, I am the customer service manager, the one who sent you the screenshots. I apologize, once again, for the confusion and the back and forth with Alison and I, it is a little bit confusing when you send emails from 3 different email addresses. If my SHIPPING SYSTEM cannot print a label, it is IMPOSSIBLE to send it out with a handwritten label. FedEx does not pick up or deliver handwritten labels. Labels must be scanned. Myself and my company were doing nothing more than trying to make things work for you so you COULD receive the product. There is absolutely NOTHING we can do to send your juice to that address. It is not about losing your business, that is a moot point. We were trying to get you your juices, offered to send it to a different address or to a FedEx location for pickup. This review is rude and uncalled for. Your money has been refunded and your subscription has been canceled. We hope you have a great day.

“I purchased my cleanse because I was very congested during the winter season. Not sickly with a cold or anything but just sluggish and congestion with lots of mucus. I didn’t purchase it to lose weight but I did lose quite a few inches. I purchased the 7 days did it for 10 days juicing all day the eating a healthy dinner. Only used 3-4 juices a day that way. After the cleanse all congestion was clear and I lost 2 dress sizes. Looking and feeling fabulous”
