“The juices were super tasty and easy to drink. The hardest part of the challenge was my craving for something salty because the juices are primarily sweet. I work out almost every day so I did feel extra hungry. Next time I think I might supplement more solid veggies and fruits to keep my energy levels up. I ended up losing about 5lbs in water weight over 3 days. I gained a few lbs back right after which was expected after only drinking liquids for 3 days. overall it was a good experience.”
