“The juices taste great but it's to much bother trying to thaw them and then you need to drink them within 24 hours of them being thawed so if you don't get through the number you thawed then you have to throw them out...A lot of hassle for a lot of money and now I have the flu symptoms they spoke about... super fun.”

It was great that they labeled each bottle for what it worked on, like beauty or endurance. The limit is 6 bottles per day, but I was satisfied with 5 bottles as I tried to have easy days and didnÕt exert my body. On the last day, I only took 4 bottles. And trust me, I eat a lot throughout the day so not having all 6 bottles every day was a surprise. I thought it would be more difficult to get used to not eating real food.
