I can’t say enough about the positive experience & wonderful results I’ve had with Raw Generation! Their juices taste great & are surprisingly filling, Not to mention I lost 12 pounds during my first five day cleanse! I have had amazing interaction with the customer support team, they have delayed and/or suspended shipments to accommodate my use or vacations and are always available to answer any questions I may have. Love this company & their products!

I ordered the 42 bottles. They came frozen in a great box, lined with styrofoam. I love that I can keep in my freezer and pull out as needed. They all taste great and I couldn't be happier. I would however like to know if there's anyway to return the box to you. I hate to throw it out and I have no space or use for it. P.S. for anyone ordering the box makes a great temporary cooler if you are in need of one.

This is the second time my juices have arrived not frozen. Once before only about have of the bottles had some sort of coldness and the others were warm, but the other day they arrived piping hot and 2 of the bottles were so expanded with air by the extreme heat- they exploded before the box arrived on my door step. They are supposed to arrive completely frozen. I’m writing all of this to say- that this was NOT Raw Generations fault- but that of FedEx who instead of leaving my package on the doorstep- took it back where it sat in a hot environment all weekend. When they finally arrived on Monday- all of the juices were ruined. I called Raw Generation, who was so quick to rectify the situation, and immediately got a new shipment ready to send to me as a replacement. Their customer service is excellent. They are extremely professional. I’ve been buying from them every few weeks over the past year, and despite FedEx taking too long to deliver my package twice- I will still continue to order from Raw Generation. The juices are delicious, I always feel incredible after a cleanse, and I’ve recommended many friends and families to this company!

First off, I am thoroughly enjoying this product. I’m more impressed with the customer service! I ordered the 7 day cleanse and I received my package a couple of days later. Unpacked the 42 bottles which most were frozen or partially frozen. There were three that were not. I read the material for suggestions and as well viewed the FAQ online. I sent a message explaining I had three that were thawed. Alison Voss responded immediately and sent replacements for those with no questions! Wow!!
