“My boyfriend and I did a 3 day cleanse today. We are on day 3 today and feel amazing with better energy and endurance throughout the day! My skin looks and feels better, which was an added bonus. I didn't expect to lose a "ton" of weight but lost about 3 lbs and haven't finished the 3rd day yet. Overall, we feel less "weighed down", and much less bloated! The 3 day cleanse really helped me with mindfulness of what I eat, when I eat and why I eat. I am a grazer typically and realized throughout this process how much I reach for snacks and sugar even when I am not hungry.
