“I have never done any juice cleanse in my life and was VERY hesitant as I was convinced I could not go even 1 day without chewing on food and was also under the impression I'd have zero energy. I work out usually 5 days per week and stuck to my routine and actually had a very positive experience on this cleanse. I did the 3 day cleanse and didn't feel the need to eat any foods. I also don't drink coffee so also didn't have coffee either. I know there is the option to have it black- my boyfriend and I did this together and he drank black coffee every day. We were both successful in the 3 day cleanse. I even had the energy to take 2 spin classes back to back on the 2nd and 3rd days and a high cardio/strengthening class on the first day. I felt very good, not very tired but I will say I think the sugar in the drinks impacted my skin and I think made my break out as I'm not used to taking in that much sugar. Other than that though I had a great experience and do think I'll be purchasing again but doing the 5 day cleanse next time!”
“At 54, all of my medical exams and blood work indicated that I was in perfect health. Yet, I felt horrible every single day. I had standing acupuncture, massage, stretching, etc appointments and I workout regularly but we could not determine what was going on. So, I started considering my nutrition and its effects on my overall health. After consulting with my health care team, I decided I would do a juice cleanse/detox. I did my research and landed on the 5 day Skinny Juice Cleanse with Raw Generation.
I planned my detox - from start to finish - reflexology, lymphatic massage, detox protocol for my skin (including dry brushing and a facial peel) and finishing with a clay detox body wrap! I ordered all of my products and waited patiently to begin.
The Raw Generation website is easy to navigate with lots of information. After I ordered, I received a couple of emails acknowledging my order and sharing information guidelines for the cleanse. As I was waiting for my shipment, I noticed on the website a notification about potential delays in shipping due to volume of orders. Worried that I might not receive my order in time to start my cleanse (yes, a control freak with my timeline all plotted!), I emailed the customer support team. I had a response the next morning (I had emailed late in the evening) calming my fears about shipment and that my order was going to ship soon and be delivered by a certain date. Sure enough, I received my order on time! Great customer service!
To the juices - I thought I would like the non-green juices better but I actually liked the green ones the most! My favorite was the Energy and Endurance and the Healing and Hydrate! But, really, all were great - not too sweet. I liked the fact that the juices came frozen, just in case life got in the way and I had to replan my cleanse. As I live in AZ and we have had temps in the 90s, I still received my order frozen!
As I started my cleanse, I planned on being very strict and following the protocol. I only had the juices for the 5 days - ok, I cheated with 1/2 of an orange on day 2 because I was "starving". But once I got through the first couple of days, I was perfectly fine. (I did take the time off of work because in my office setting, there are snacks EVERYWHERE!)
I am so thrilled with my results! My goal for the cleanse was to reset my digestion and give my body a rest from all of the junk. I simply wanted to feel better! And, if I lost a couple of pounds (and, yes, I have a couple that I could stand to do without), that would be icing on the cake - probably what got me here, too much cake! After the cleanse, I feel so wonderful! My stomach/abdominal area no longer feels like it is in a vise grip. I don't feel as inflamed throughout my body. And, my emotional well being and motivation is over the top! I feel like this kick start is what I absolutely needed to be able to keep it going!
My stats before: 183 pounds; chest = 40 inches; waist = 37 inches; hips = 45 inches.
My stats after: 176 pounds; chest = 39 inches; waist = 34 inches; hips = 44 inches.
WOW! I was in disbelief. Clearly the scale was easy to read so no mistake there. But the measurements!! I know how to measure so I am pretty sure I did it right and I did a double take on the after too!! I did take before and after pics and there is a definite difference in the abdominal area - which probably contributed to the change in the waist measurements.
I went back to work and the comments I received were so affirming that I know this was the best thing I have done for myself in quite some time. From the customer service, to the taste of the product, to the results achieved - I am a believer and will be back!!

“Absolutely Great taste (juices and soups)! Absolutely great price! Absolutely great packaging/delivery! However i noticed some of the juices were way too sweet ie 20g - 28g sugar which is similar to soda. Those juices would have been just as awesome with less apple/sweetner and more green juice. That did concern me a great bit. Especially the green juices which are traditionally less sweet. I detox 2x/yrly and thats the only reason why i hesitate to order again.”
