“To be clear this has nothing to do with the taste of the juice. I have no idea what the juice tastes like. It will supposedly get here tomorrow March 16, for an order placed on the 5th. I have ordered juice form a couple places and this is the longest it's ever taken to receive an order.”
“I love the products but shipping is too expensive and recently the customer contact has been poor. After placing an order, I get confirmation and then nothing more. I have had to inquire about delivery and at this very moment I have yet to get the tracking info on an order that is supposed to arrive tomorrow. Since the juice needs to be refrigerated immediately, I like to schedule delivery when I am home to be sure I can receive the package and get the juice into to freezer before it is completely thawed.”
“I ordered the 7 Day Skinny Cleanse to do before my brother's wedding. It was set to arrive a week in advance. However, due to the storms, the shipping was delayed until Tuesday--a mere four days before the wedding and obviously not enough time to complete the cleanse. After calling customer service, it was clear that this was the fault of FedEx, and not RG. After the woman I spoke with on the phone graciously offered to contact FedEx on my behalf and try to rush ship my order, and to no avail, she offered me a full refund due to the late delivery. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE, but MAKE SURE YOU ORDER WITH EXTRA TIME!! These juices came completely frozen even after being four days late. Give yourself extra time to order. As for the taste, the green juices are refreshing, but taste/smell like grass (I think that's just how kale and spinach taste...). The other three are delicious, however. I think if I order again, I'll try the 7 Day Protein Cleanse.”
