I ordered 54 juices and only received 36. Less than thrilled about this error.

The juices were pretty good and delivered in an orderly fashion. I loved the variety. The only thing was it seemed it was a bit watered down.

The juices are great. 5 star for quality. However, I would recommend you guys do a detail process map for customers who order throughout Groupon. I spent hours figuring out how to place the order, and redeem the coupon. Great costumer service.

I want everyone to know how great this Skinny System is! I ordered it for 6 days and am now on my sixth day and have lost 7 pounds and feel fantastic! The juices are wonderful. The soups are very flavorful and the consistency is not too thick. The protein shakes are the best and keep me filled for many hours. I am a veteran cleanser from other companies and can now say without a doubt, RAW Generation is the best product for the quality and the cost. I will order your product again. Thank you.

I like the product. I do not like the fact that the delivery date isn't more flexible, and should be noticed to the recipient PRIOR to shipping it, so that if that date not longer works, it can be changed. In December, product was shipped without prior notice, DESPITE MY HAVING ASKED FOR IT, knowing that I might be out of town during the possible delivery date. Sure enough, it sat at my office for days before I got back from the East Coast... This time, I would have asked for a Thursday delivery rather than Friday, as I was planning on working from home tomorrow, but now I have to come into my office to pick up the juices. Better to send notice the week prior to delivery announcing the delivery date and providing advanced notice to change or accept it, rather than just sending it and noticing the delivery once it is already on the way. By then, it's too late. You can do much better at customer service and satisfaction -- and on allowing folks to plan when they will do their juice cleanses, and thus be more successful and satisfied with your products! -- if you set up a better notification system. -Kathy Paspalis
