“I ordered my juice over 3 weeks ago and it still hasn’t arrived. Finally received a shipping notice 2 days ago. Tracked my package and it says it should be here in another 2 days. Seems like a ridiculously long time to ship it initially and then it is expected to remain frozen until ready for use, pretty difficult when it takes 4-5 days to arrive!”
“Customer service could have been better. Took almost a week for me to get a tracking number. I’m not sure if that’s expressed on their website but it should be. The only reason I’m giving them 3 instead of 1-2 stars is because when I finally did get my tracking number I received the package the next day. And they were frozen solid when I got home. Price is good too. But it’s a no for me on purchasing again.”
“The 3-day protein cleanse was easy and effective. I highly recommend following each of the colorful choices with one of the creamy choices and staying on track to have one every 2 to 2.5 hours to keep from getting "hangry." Definitely will do this clean program again!”
