“I am going to do 14 days. I am on day 5. I have not modified work or family schedule. I started at 249 pounds and am now 243 pounds. I drink about 5 bottles of water each day. Day 2 and 3 were hardest for me but ok now. Biggest draw back is taste! I would never be able to drink on of these for sheer enjoyment, that is for sure but I am not drinking them for enjoyment!
