“I was signed up for the automatic shipment every 6 months. Instead of notifying me first, my card was billed and the shipment was sent, then I was notified. I received a shipment of the soup juices, which I would have never picked for myself being that there are items in the soups that I can't stand. Juice is just fine. Customer service is not.”
“I haven’t actually received the juices. There was snow which I understand added a slight delay, but it will have been 2 weeks from ordering to receiving which is not ideal.”
