“I do a cleanse every Spring so I've tried a bunch, this one is by far the best. Not only do they come frozen and you can start whenever it fits your schedule best... but they're SO good! I only caved once a day and would have some sliced peppers, grapes, or carrots. But I didn't feel bad because it's encouraged! I did lose a few pounds however that wasn't exactly my goal, it's a great restart and renew after a winter of heavy foods.”
