Generally the first two days of a cleanse are the hardest. After day 2 it gets much more pleasant. Also, the longer you cleanse the more benefits and results you will see :)

Hi there! Thank you for your feedback! A lot of times if your refrigerator is too cold and the bottles go in as a solid block of ice, they can take too long to thaw. If you notice this problem, a great way to thaw the bottles is to take out your juices for the next day the night before you are ready to drink them. Leave them on the counter for an hour or until halfway thawed (do not exceed 1 hour outside of refrigeration) and then transfer to the fridge overnight. In the morning they are perfectly thawed and ready to go for the day 😊
