“It was great. I started on Saturday since the included info. Suggested cleansing on days when schedule isn't as demanding as weekday schedules. I felt good. I was full of energy. I was never too hungry because the drinks satisfy you and plus you're drinking so often. I managed to get all six drinks in on all three days. Every evening before 7 I would eat a bowl of raw vegetables w/ vinaigrette dressing and fruit to hold me through the night. After the first day u could tell a tremendous difference in my stomach. My belly went down so much with the cleanse. Before the cleanse I felt my belly had gotten bigger over the past six months but the cleanse reduced my belly so much that I no longer was trying to avoid the mirror to avoid my problem area. I don't have rips but it's no longer bulging. top of that I lost 5.5 lbs. great way to jump start weight loss.”
