Hi there, yes, if left out the juices will go bad in 3 days. We instruct you to keep the juices frozen, and not to consume any juices that have been thawed longer than 48 hours. Our juices do not have preservatives therefor must be kept frozen for as long as possible until ready to consume. If you would like to discuss this further and try the juices again only drinking them within 48 hours of complte thawing, please email me directly at Amanda@rawgeneration.com. Thanks!
“I did the 5 day cleanse dining only the juices and water, aside from the hunger and some headaches the week wasn’t too bad. I lost a total of 10 LBs, but off water weight only. One I began a soft keto diet I slowly gained the weight back. By soft keto diet, I mean I barely ate 2 meals a day yet I still gained the weight back. Would not recommend doing this again, unless it’s for health reasons.”

“Good experience with my first 3day cleanse. Drinks were surprisingly tasty. Would consider a different plan in the future. Appreciated the welcome email and the breakdown info card delivered w/ the drinks...helpful.”
“So I ordered this juice cleanse but it seems to be a lot of sugar (18-22g of natural not added sugar) in each drink. They claim since it’s not added sugar it’s good for you! When I looked it up The American Heart Association guideline recommends the following criteria for sugar intake in different categories
For women: Consuming less than six teaspoons (25 g) of sugar per day
but there doesn’t seem to be a clear answer on natural sugar?
Can you help me out here?”
