“I was so disappointed because we were not told that it takes forever for the package to arrive. We wasted one whole 3 day cleanse because the package arrived when we were in Hawaii. We were expecting it prior to the trip because my wife wanted to do the cleanse before we leave. Then I had to keep calling to follow up on it which was tedious. Isabel gave us a replacement for the 3 day cleanse and it did arrive as I was told. The bag/cooler that I was promised by Joanne, never came. I wish they were more efficient and more reliable. If your product is good but your service is poor, any paying customer wouldn't want to continue business with you.”
