The only one concern is that the delivery option given is no signature required, to pay a hefty fee for delivery, I want to know that my purchase WILL require a signature. I live on a very busy street and worried that if my package was left at the door, it would not be there when I got home.”

“I was concerned regarding shipping of this product. I had it shipped to an office so I was afraid it would come on a weekend. I reached out to the customer service and got a response from Joanne Alessi, and she was not very friendly or customer service oriented. Each correspondence was very matter of fact and I would be surprised if there was more than 10 words in each email. I would be working on your customer support hiring if I were you. As a concerned buyer I would have expected a bit more sincerity or willingness to help.”
