A customer service manager reached out to me personally and offered to send me a replacement order at no charge. “This was my 2nd purchase of the 5-day cleanse. After having such a positive experience the first time I wanted to do this cleanse monthly. On my first 5-day cleanse all of the juices were very tasty which was a main component in my decision to become a regular cleanser. However my 2nd 5-day cleanse experience was not as positive. All of the juices took much longer to thaw out and I think it was because of the all the excess remains of the fruits and vegetables that were used to make the juice. I had settling with the first round of juices, but after shaking them the juice was fine. This time around it seemed no matter how much I shook the juices the gritty particles remained. The taste remained the same but I could not get past all of the sediment and I don't think I will be buying more of these cleanses, just too expensive to take a chance on getting an inconsistent product.”
