“This was my first time going through a detox. I have a small frame and weigh around 115-117 pounds and am generally very active and a healthy eater. I had gained a few extra pounds so wanted to try the detox to reset my body and also cleanse. The 3 days cleanse did help. I lost around 2 pounds and my skin is glowing. I read other reviews of people losing more but I don't think my body had that much to lose. I did feel healthier. 3 days was too much for me but I went through them. I didn't finish all my juices. I am not a big sweet eater so the sweet juices everyday for too much for me. I really enjoyed the Jessica and Carolyn juices. I would do it again but not for three days.”

The only reason I would think twice in ordering again is because the juices themselves weren't all that tasty. I didn't really enjoy the flavors. The best by far is the carrot, ginger, orange.
