“Hello beautiful soul reading this!! Here’s my scattered review of the 7 day skinny juice cleanse:
Very easy to do. Wasn’t hungry at all. I have about 8 juices left over because by the time my 7 days was up, I was forgetting to eat (well, drink). Really broke my ‘habitual eating’ habits.
I don’t do scales, but I definitely lost weight. Hubs says so, too. I did this cleanse to reset my body as I suffer from autoimmune stuff. It worked! Feeling a lot better. Skin looks great, too.
I also tried this cleanse because I had just spent two weeks in Mexico living on sun, sand, and mango margaritas. I really needed the nutrients and to give my body a rest.
Now that it’s over, I’m enjoying things like salad and soup. Junk food and heavy food isn't appealing anymore.
If you’ve read this far, please do not hesitate to do this cleanse. It’s really easy. You’ll lose weight and inadvertently train yourself to eat when hungry, not because it’s time to eat. Juices are tasty, made with love, and definitely packaged with care. I’m serious that I tasted the love in these juices. It’s okay to do something kind for yourself.
I’m going to order again next week for my friend who is having jaw surgery. The perfect ‘get well’ gift.
My mom joined me for three days on this cleanse. She loved it. She’s a 70 year old marathon runner. My mom ate a salad on day 3 because she misunderstood the directions and thought she could have raw fruits and veggies. Haha! ONLY IF YOU ARE STILL HUNGRY YOU CAN HAVE RAW FRUITS & VEGGIES. We are going to do this again soon.

“Only day one but am surprised how good these are. Even the ones I was not thinking I would not like are decent and easily drinkable. I will know more in a couple days but so far I am very satisfied with the product. I will add we did exactly what was suggested and kept them frozen until 24 hours prior then moved a days worth to fridge. I am in good shape and already at a good weight, my goal was to maybe lean a little but more so revitalize my system. This is a very pure natural product and it was nice to see they didn't try to hide anything in fine print :)”
