“My most recent 3 day cleanse arrived a couple of days after getting back from vacation. At that point I had been experiencing a lot of gas, stomach discomfort, and painful frequent trips to the bathroom. I kid you not, halfway Renjun my first drink I had one very long bathroom trip which helped to clean me out from everything else that was making me sick. I was feeling better right away!
I always love to do this cleanse every 3-4 months. I had some protein drinks in my freezer left over from my last cleanse that were great supplements for moments when I needed a bit more.”
“I loved the cleanse. All of the juices were fairly tasty and easy to finish. I didn’t feel hungry during the cleanse. My only issue was getting them to thaw quick enough. They are easier to drink when fully thawed.”
“I'm terrible with diets and cleanses, didn't follow the pre-cleanse instructions, and actually caved and ate ice cream half way through day 1 of my cleanse. HOWEVER, after my slip and integrating some vegetables to naw on during the rest of the cleanse, I actually feel pretty good with this. I didn't track my weight enough to say if I lost any, but I am noticeably less bloated and actually had the energy to use my standing desk today which is something I never do. I would say it was worth the money as a good jump off point to start eating better. I was worried the juices would taste terrible but they were actually pretty good. Between drinking the juices and chugging water (another thing I never do), I actually feel pretty good. Would recommend and might consider doing a longer cleanse. Its half way through day 3 and I'm actually kind of sad I don't have more for tomorrow.”
“I was excited to start the cleans, every drink was delicious, I did not have to be near a bathroom like some people think, I felt energized less bloated overall good . unfortunatley I did not loose more then one pound is a 6day cleanse (30) bottles , but I would recommend .”
