“I did not feel hungry once. Initially I had a bit of a mild headache, but half way into the cleanse it was completely gone and I felt like a million bucks. In fact, I feel more clear and focused than ever. I had the very best night I have had since I was a kid on the last night. I woke up with a ton of energy, totally ready for the day. It was incredible. The juices taste fine overall. But I’m not much of a juicer so my affinity for juicing may be less than others. Interesting though - I thought the juices were definitely okay the first day and every day after - I liked them more and more. I never once felt like I was missing out on food. I snacked on a piece of fruit on day 2, but otherwise that was it. And I also enjoyed a cup of chamomile in the evenings which all of a sudden tasted better than ever before (and I love chamomile anyway). It is like my tastebuds even woke up.
