“The belt is identical to one I saw on Amazon unbranded but as the price was the same I went with the Red Original as if there were any issues they'd be easier to resolve. There's isn't a huge amount to say about it. It does the job. My only quibble is that the belt pull hangs right at the crotch and when paddling it can be a bit of a tap-tap-tap as you go.”

“Purchased these for myself and family once I heard about the importance on Quick Release Waist Leashes. The leash fits and I hardly notice it's on - make sure to cut to length before use. This is clearly instructed on the product and insert! Ankle leash attaches to the Waist leash by wrapping through a cord that is attached to a D-ring on the waist leash (a photo of this on the product page may be helpful - if anyone at Red reads this!). This means your ankle leash and waist leash remain attached even when the QR toggle is pulled.”
