“I saw videos highlighting the dangers of being dragged under in flowing water, where experienced swimmers could not reach their ankle to release the leash. Being a fairly non swimmer I did not feel safe in an ankle leash so purchased the Red waist leash … it’s easy to use, the quick release works perfectly, is in easy reach and I attach my existing ankle leash to the waist belt. I feel much safer, the leash isn’t tripping me up around my ankle and I don’t have to struggle bending down, with a buoyancy aid, to get it on and off. I wear it every time I go out and don’t even notice I have it on.”
