“Great looking bookcase very pleased”

“The item looked nice however was scuffed, dented and even drawn on with biro. There was also chunks missing in a piece of wood which could only have been damaged when put together by the manufacturer. It was sent back for a full refund.”

“I was disappointed. The shelves are not ‘solid’. They have batons underneath to support. Not a problem until you are sitting down when they are clearly visible. If I’d known before I would not have purchased. A shame as it’s an attractive product. It didn’t occur to me that the shelves would not be a solid piece of wood.”
