“I had researched many companies for good quality Pressure treated Tongue and Groove Cladding to build a shed. Most were cost prohibitive due to shipping charges. My local suppliers were not that cheap either. Found RUBY online and the prices were really great. Not only that the whole shipment was free delivery basically next day. (Also 15mm thick and not the normal 12mm). I also ordered CLS treated timber at the same time as that was also very well priced.
Ordered all online and a very simple process. Everything arrived as stated except a fair few of them were damaged in transit by the delivery company! I contacted customer services (with photographs) and informed them what had happened and to be honest expected lets say "a bit of a battle". But no, replacements were sent out straight away with great apologies even though it was not there fault. Perfect friendly and understanding Customer Service just how it should be, so many thanks indeed and well done.”
