“Good product, some few boards arrived with slight damage in transit (the tongue and grooves are delicate bits to be fair). credit or replacement was offered immediately. I had plenty so went for credit which was done straight away. Very good customer service and the product is exactly as described and required, What more can you want from bits of wood?”

“Hi, Great price but sadly a number of damaged t&g boards - approximately a fifth of the order where either the groove is broken and/or the tongue. Looks like they were damaged in transit but it was only visible when I unwrapped the packs. Hopefully I'll have enough to complete the project (I ordered 50 but needed about 41). The undamaged ones are great and hopefully I'll send some pictures of the finished project.”
