“The end product is fabulous but for the second time delivery was not next day as advertised. A few months ago there was a large delay with my order with the same company but it was at the time when the country was enveloped in the 'Beast from the East'and I understood how there might be a delay but have to say the snow was cleared here and still no wood arrived. It came some two weeks late! However the product is good quality so again I ordered wood for a gate I am making for the back garden. Again I had to get in touch three times and each time the wood was due to come the next day and did not arrive until the day after. Good products but false advertising about next day delivery.”
