“I still 4 weeks later have not received this product. FED Ex says still pending, indicating they have never received the product to ship!! I reached out to SandCloud and I get the answer every time. They are going to get it resolved but still no product!! Resolving would me getting this $200 plus order!!!!”
“This towel is BEAUTIFUL! It’s super soft and works great! My only problem is, the one I got arrived damaged. After contacting customer service they are replacing it which is really nice but it’s been almost two weeks and according to tracking still hasn’t shipped out yet. Customer service has been great through the whole process but I’m just really sad I got one that had BIG pulls in it.”

“The kids love tie-dye, I love that the towel is light enough for them to carry by themselves! Easy to shake the sand off. I have noticed the tie-dye towels fade slightly in the sun. I haven’t had this problem with other sand cloud towels. They’re beautiful though and my kids love them! Would definitely recommend for hot days at the beach as they are thin & dry quickly but won’t be warm enough on cooler days.”
