“I love my towel! When I ordered it the towel was listed as pre-order so I knew it wouldn’t come until much later (especially with Covid). After 2 months with no towel I knew there was a problem so I contacted customer support asking for an update and they responded within the day saying it had just happened to be shipped out that day...okay sure. But I got my towel and I love it so I guess it was worth it.”
