“I’m very disappointed. I ordered this item for my daughter as a gift from mother in law. It was shipped to her but we left the apartment number the address. The item was shipped back to you. When I asked for another to be shipped they said I would need to repurchase the order at full price. Very poor customer support. I probably will never buy from you again. It’s really sad because my daughter really likes your products. If its possible I would like to get my item resent to me at the sale price I paid originally.”

“I was surprised at these items. They are not really towels but more of a sheet. I would say blanket but that implies it being thick. This is more like a bedsheet. Pretty yes but a useful towel no. To give you an idea of the size rolled up it is the thickness of my forarm just shorter.”
