“I like the look and size of the towel, but found it took a long time to dry. The sand stuck to the towel until it was dry and never really shook out of it after it was dry.”

“I am using the 4 towels I purchased for gifts, they all came rolled up and wrapped with a cardboard band that has care instructions, fiber content, some info about your products, etc....one towel came w/out the band, have emailed your company on 2 occasions....simply wanted a cardboard band to keep the towel rolled and making it look nicer for gift giving. No one has been able to resolve this issue. One company rep responded,that they are not being packaged that way, but all the other towels I ordered had a package band/label on the rolled up towel. Another response, ask for me to send a pic....not sure why this is so difficult. No number to call your company....someone could call me to resolve this issue. A Good Product needs to come with appropriate packaging and a quick response customer service dept. Not likely to make another purchase, this should not be so difficult....unhappy customer....”
