“How am I supposed to leave a review on a product that I have yet to receive? I ordered this towel along with two other towels well over a month ago and I have yet to receive them. Every time I send an email to customer service inquiring about the status, I get a form letter in response telling me it’s on back order. I certainly hope these towels arrive soon as they are gifts and I don’t want to be left empty handed. I love that the purchases help to save our oceans. That’s the real reason I decided to buy from Sand Cloud. I continue to wait patiently, I just hope they arrive soon.
