“I love Sand Cloud, but buying Wanderlust was a mistake. At first, I received the wrong item- a Wanderlust towel bag instead of the towel. It was dyed beautifully and Sand Cloud quickly corrected the mistake while allowing me to keep the wrong item. When my towel finally arrived, I was very disappointed in it. The colors are very muddy and in some places so light it doesn't look dyed. I know a dye job like the listing's photo isn't guaranteed because that is just the nature of tie dye, but I didn't expect to actually receive an item that looks like this. I'll stick to the woven patterns from now on.”
“This towel looked to have beautiful vibrant colors from the website, but mine looks like the dye didn't set long enough. It's pretty muted and blah. I emailed and sent a message through the website, and also sent a message through Facebook a day or two after that and have gotten no response from Sand Cloud.
