“I ordered this towel for myself, with the intent of possibly using it at the beach in the summer, or to hang as a "wall" in my gazebo while camping at festivals. I went to a local outdoor concert tonight though, and decided to bring the SandCloud Wanderlust XL along as a blanket to sit on. Well, let me tell you it acted as much more than that! I was able to fold it up and there was enough layers to it that it was a padded seat on the hard ground. Then I laid it long and flat so myself and my friends could sit without getting grass on us... grass rolls right off this thing just as they advertise sand will! I also wore it as a cloak/shawl when I got too cold, wore it over my head to protect myself from the rain, and fashioned it into a skirt to wear to keep myself warm while also keeping my hands free. When wrapped around me and tucked into itself it didn't slip off like I find happens when I do the same with many other towels. I can see myself able to wear this as a dress for a pool cover-up, fashioning it as a "turban" with a long tail to keep my head and neck out it the sun etc. This piece of fabric is so much more than just a towel... I would love if there were more possible color options because I would buy every one. And then after getting rained on and absolutely drenched for several hours, after a short car ride home it was reasonably dry enough to simply go in my hamper for a wash instead of needing to hang to dry etc. Amazing towel, 100% recommend.”
